1. Product and prices
Repousse Cheveux Extra Fort is a 50 ml cosmetic hair-care product. Individual results are not guaranteed.
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams and include standard delivery in serviced areas. The total is shown before submission and confirmed by phone. No extra charge is incurred without your agreement.
2. Placing and confirming an order
To order, provide accurate contact details, choose a pack and submit the form. Automatic receipt of the form does not mean the order has been dispatched.
Our team contacts you to confirm the pack, amount and address. An order may be cancelled if details are incomplete, we cannot reach you, the product is unavailable or the area is not serviced.
3. Cash on Delivery
No payment is collected on this website. You pay the agreed amount to the courier when the parcel is delivered, using a payment method they accept.
4. Delivery
We deliver within serviced areas in Morocco. The indicative timeframe is 1 to 3 business days after confirmation, but remote areas or external circumstances may take longer.
You must provide an accurate address and remain reachable. If you are absent, another delivery attempt may be offered.
5. Cancellations, damaged parcels and returns
To cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel is visibly damaged or incorrect, report it to the courier and our customer service with photos, ideally within 48 hours.
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. The product must be unopened, unused, complete, undamaged, with its seal intact and in its original packaging. The request must be approved before sending the return.
For hygiene reasons, an opened, unsealed, used, incomplete or damaged cosmetic product cannot be returned, except in case of a fulfilment error, proven defect or mandatory right to the contrary.
Contact us with your name, order number, delivery date and reason. Do not open or send the product without our instructions.
6. Liability and applicable law
We do our best to provide accurate information and the agreed service, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Morocco. We prefer to resolve any issue amicably.
